Nice small apartment complex on Nevada just north of Francis with a recently refurbished exterior. Single garage for each unit. Two bedroom two bathroom units at around eleven hundred square feet. In unit washer and dryer. Top floor unit with decent patio and vaulted ceilings. Pretty calm complex, no real issues, usually plenty of parking and nice neighbors.

I am a 28 year old male. Currently employed full time. I am pretty laid back, I prefer a clean calm apartment. Kind of a home body but do enjoy going out when I can. Basically looking for someone I can peacefully live with, and want to treat each other as equal adults. I am currently in a relationship but we live separately and they practically never come over. And I spend half the nights during the week at their place.
