About the room
Private fully furnished 1 bedroom 1 bathroom with rock shower and your own living room area, separate entrance, and separate driveway. The entire basement will be your private living quarters with a sharing of the kitchen and laundry areas within my cabin which is secluded in our beautiful mountains with wildlife surrounding. It is walking distance to Deep Creek and the town of Running Springs. There is a sauna on site for your relaxation pleasures and there is also a very big and friendly gay community up in our mountains.
All bills included (e.g. WiFi, water, sanitation, electricity, gas, use of sauna)
$2,000/month rent w/bills included!
One year lease with approved background check required.
Open to doing 1 month lease stays as well.
About the roomies
I am a very grounded, calm, spiritual, loyal, honest, kind, caring, empathetic soul who loves like minded and like energy other souls. I enjoy being alone in nature or being with others where I can still feel space from while we are hanging out.
I am back and forth often to my other home in the city so I will not be currently staying here full time.
