This is a large bedroom-sized basement with a private entrance and private bathroom & kitchenette. Laundry will be shared. You would have to park about 1/2 block away. The area is very safe. There is a walking path from parking to the townhome. I just want to put that out there so I don’t waste anyone’s time. The laundry is in the basement and they will only do laundry while you’re not home. They want clean, quiet, respectful people who just want to do life and do the right thing. This basement is open to couples, but the rent will increase by $150 in that case, to compensate for the extra utilities usage. High speed internet included. Parking will be in the neighborhood next to this one (if you have a vehicle). This place is very convenient to SO MUCH - bus lines, rt. 7, NVCC Loudoun Campus, shopping (Kohl’s, Target, Harris Teeter, Giant, EVERYTHING ELSE), restaurants, rt. 28, gym, Home Depot, post office, so on, so on!!

Married couple live upstairs. They both work full-time and will be gone most of the time (both from 1:30-11:30 5 days/week & 1 works a second morning job most days as well).
