The room is built for privacy, separate entrance.You can opt to have a mini fridge, microwave…coffee pot in your room or use the new beautiful kitchen. We want people fully employed who lead independent lives and know how to be friendly and professional in the common space. No Jerry Springer events such a slamming the door in the landlord’s face and leaving her standing outside of her own house. . need mature people who are laid back can hear others non defensively and are looking for a peaceful place. We’re now forming the household. James is retired police officer, very friendly but we rarely see him. Although I own the place and i’m in and out of the house throughout the day and evening, I live in a cottage in back with my son. We’ll have other roommates, and i’m interviewing now.
