We’re looking to rent a single furnished bedroom in a shared apartment with a common kitchen and bathroom to one person, joining two existing roommates. You’re welcome to bring your own furniture if you prefer. The entire apartment is well maintained by the landlord. The room is move-in ready and we are flexible on move-in dates and lease options. The apartment is calm and low-key.

Amenities included: Hot water, heat, internet, electricity, washer, dryer, free on-street parking and household consumables such as trash bags and toilet paper.

The apartment is on the top floor of a three-story building and is very secure. We have great relationships with the neighbors, and the building is very quiet. There are no loud tenants, no smokers, and no drama in the building. We’re LGBTQ-friendly and do not tolerate discrimination of any kind. Cats aren’t allowed due to one of us having allergies but we are open to considering a dog.
