Looking for someone to fill my lease in a master bedroom in a three bedroom two bath apartment in the Bozeman Area come June 1st! Hoping to find a girl in her early to mid twenties. The apartment is about a ten minute drive from campus. The current lease runs through October and rent is 750$ per person. The lease would be easily renewed for a 6 or 12 month period come October. We are the second set of tenants and the place is very clean and in great shape. We have had no problems living here in the last year whatsoever! The neighborhood is great! All of us are undergraduate students at MSU who work a lot! We are out of the apartment most of the time and keep pretty busy! Everyone is very respectful of shared spaces and is very clean. The unit doesn’t allow dogs and we currently do not have any small pets. We tend to be on the quieter side and my current roommates like to go to bed fairly early. Admittedly not a huge party household 🫣but very sweet, considerate girls who enjoy outdoorsy stuff, baking, thrifting, etc, and a great fit for someone who enjoys that lifestyle!!
