- Full privacy for both the bedroom and bathroom. The person who moves in would be responsible for maintaining both in clean order.

- Full use of the kitchen with a brand new stove. Care and cleaning of the stove will be in accordance with manufacturer’s guidelines as it is a brand new stove

- There is no smoking allowed on the property The neighborhood is a quiet one and in a school zone so the only hitch is when school is out there is a short time with traffic issues with parents picking kids up every day. While I am retired, I am an active consultant and continue to accept work from home projects as they come through. That being said, in an effort to provide as much privacy for all as possible, my home office is set up in the living room which is separate from the area in the house where the bedroom and bathroom are located. The house is quiet during the day. My equipment is in the living room which would isolate it from the person who would be moving in. Blackout drapes have been hung for someone who needs to sleep during the day as the room get a lot of natural light.
