Hi! I have a 2 bed 2 bath apartment and I am looking for a roommate who works and can pay rent on time!

Apartment is right next to school of mines / walking distance and also 1 minute away from downtown RC. Location is convenient. It’s Estes Park apartments if you want to look it up first!

Rent is $1200-1300 (with utilities) so your half would be about $650
