Small 3 bedroom older house located near the hospital in Prescott. The room is small, but conveniently located close to everything in town. Two rooms are occupied by father and daughter. We are not looking for random guests, to keep things comfortable for everyone living here. The home is always organized and pretty clean. We do have a small mid sized friendly dog.
