We are located West of the 5, with literally everything around us within walking distance. Walmart, banks, restaurants, fast food, bars, gym, shopping, movie theater, and the beach. The condo is gate protected with very friendly neighbors
About the roomies
We’re two long-term roommates/friends (male/female) who have lived together for 11 years. We’re friendly, quiet, independent. We respect each other’s space. We are both industry people that appreciate peace, as we already work in an environment focused on creating an experience for others. We’re looking for someone stable and long-term, as we’re not interested in move-ins and move-outs.
