Private room available with a shared bathroom, and private half bath downstairs for $900 a month (including internet) in the Highgrove/Colton area. The room includes carpet flooring and a TV mount/hookup, and closet. Common areas are shared, there is room in the garage for extra storage, or a small car and there is access to a washer and dryer.
The home is located in an HOA community and has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms (3 toilets, 2 showers). Tenants have full access to the kitchen and laundry. There is also space in the garage for a small car, bike, or motorcycle.
Utilities (electric, water, trash/sewer) are split among us. Wi-Fi and filtered water are included in the rent. The home is fully electric and does not use gas.
The community features a pool.

My male roommate and I recently moved in end of March. We both work full time. I usually cook for the house and like meal prepping but, I hate eating the same thing for more than 2 days. I also have a extra gym pass and am looking for a gym buddy. My roommate likes to game on his PC, and occasionally has his friends over.
