Apartment has in-unit washer/dryer, central ac, a dishwasher, and a balcony. Building has a courtyard with grills and a small pool, a gym, and a rooftop deck. It’s basically right across the street from a Giant Foods and the Potomac Yard Center is a short walk away. In addition to the metro, there is a bus stop for the A70 and A1X metro buses and several free DASH buses to Del Ray and Old Town.

Common space is fully furnished, but bedroom will be unfurnished. Plenty of room for your own cooking equipment in the kitchen.

I’m 31 and work in marcomms in the museum field in DC (hybrid 10:30-6:30 with 2 days WFH). I enjoy playing volleyball through Volo, sewing/cosplay, playing video games, watching tv/movies, reading books and comics, and cooking feasts for major Jewish holidays (you’d be welcome to partake!). I’m also a night owl so would appreciate someone aligned with that sleep schedule.
