The room is a spacious 10x15 with a small closet and AC in the window. It’s a 3 bedroom house with 2 bathroom. Although 1 bathroom is off limits for that is the master. It has a fireplace. Parking. Yard. And we have 4 small dogs. Two frenchies, 1 weiner dog, and one jack russle mix. All house trained and all friendly.

I am a 41 year old male who works from home. I do writing, life-coaching, and sales. I like to read and hang out in my yard a lot and do some writing. The other housemate is a 36 old female who works as a veterinary assistant in LA. She’s not home much and keeps to herself. She’s kind and funny.
