What is great about the room it has Wi-Fi, and internet. Room is big enough for a queen size bed. It has a ceiling fan. The area is in Summerlin, Nevada. Available for 6 months, or a 1 year. I have a golf course in my community I live in also. So this would be perfect for someone that likes to golf. The monthly rent amount includes all utilities also. This is a 3 bedroom townhouse with 2 full bathrooms, it has a living room, and kitchen, and 2 dining room area, and a 2 car garage. This is a age restricted community.
About the roomies
I am a senior, I am a widow., I am friendly, and hard working, and I keep my house clean. I have a dog, and I have lived in Las Vegas for 26 years now. I have family here in Las Vegas also. I am easy to get along with, also.i prefer someone who is a senior to rent the room. Now if you have a pet the rent is $950 a month, if you have 2 pets the rent is $1,000 a month.
