Private room in a 3 bedroom house, bathroom will be shared with my sister (she is very clean and keeps to herself, barely home). There is a backyard, garage and ample parking. You would have most of the house to yourself for the most part, as I primarily stay in my room.

I have 2 friendly dogs, my baby sister is also occupying the unit. We mind our business and keep to ourselves, there may be an occasional party or two, but that simply means friends are over to play dominoes and have some drinks.
