Quiet neighborhood close to a detweilers, gas stations, interstate. 8 min from publix, walmart & shopping. 20-25 min to beaches. Fenced in back yard with a screened in back porch. 2 private rooms available with a shared bathroom. Laundry room, but we rent the washer and dryer for $70 a month so that will be split in the bills. Garage with some storage room available but it’s mostly used for a gym. Shared kitchen and living room space. The two bedrooms are different sizes, by probably 2ft. One is attached to the back patio with a sliding door so someone who works nights or is up late and might want to get out would love that room. The other room is the slightly bigger one.

About the roomies

My wife and I will be in the master bedroom. We have been together for 3 years. We have two dogs (black lab puppy & 11 year old pitbull) & two reptiles together. About us - Lillian: Works from home, selling insurance. Big lover of video games and likes laying out on the beach. Recently spent $800 on kitchen gadgets to start baking, canning and homesteading more lol. Hobby hopper so prepare to be kept on your toes.
Jordyn: Loves the outdoors, adventures and will try anything once. Animal enthusiast. Cannabis friendly. We love going to bayfront on sundays with our puppy, demi. We have many relaxing nights in since we don’t really party. We like to find new coffee shops when we have little day dates. We prefer someone who doesn’t have any cats or dogs as our senior dog has trouble adjusting to new animals.
