Small one bedroom in a small home. 4 miles from beach. Shared bath and kitchen All brand new. Fyi.. no TV in the house or wifi you would need your own. Great for a temporary place or a week vacation spot. Large yard with a fire pit and shed. Fenced in yard. I have a large puppy long hair and sheds but is a total luv bug… still a puppy…. No cat IM ALLERGIC ! NO ABSOLUTELY NO DRUGS NO WEED NO LUSHES… Casual drinker ok but no pukker. I’m not a maid… have to be clean because everything is shared. Easy going as hell but cant stand slobs or dirty tub makers. No teenagers please. Neighborhood is a bit loud some nights but harmless. Walking distance to bus stop, small Latino market , Dollar General, Checkers, off Martin Luther King Blvd. I smoke outside.

Just me and Apollo. Hes a two year old rot/Siberia Huskie I’m 57 female quite and not a party goer or social butterfly. Stick to myself. There’s a door off the bedroom to the back porch and yard which has a small wall if you didn’t want to wake me up. I rise between 6 a.m. and 9 a.m. Usually in bed by 9 p.m. COFFEE! COFFEE! I LOVE MY COFFEE. Like I stated absolutely no drug use. And don’t mind drinking as long as your not starting ar 6 a.m. 7 days per week and passing out at night instead of going to sleep. Clothes line in yard. Laundry is up the street. Honestly I use the bathtub and hang everything on the line. Do love to cook. Will probably gain a few pounds because I always make extra. Drive way out front and small covered porch front and back. Don’t know what else to say… hope that’s enough but always open for questions… 😊
