Room is available with a queen bed. You’ll have full access to kitchen for cooking and living room at your leisure. Laundry room has washer and dryer, you’ll be responsible for your own laundry detergent, etc. $750 a month is flat fee and includes all utilities and wifi. Backyard is also available for your use. You will share a fridge with another tenant who currently stays here. You’ll be expected to sign at least a 6 month lease, get along with other tenants, and clean up after yourself daily. A longer lease can be arranged if needed.

3 people currently occupy other rooms on premises. One is a retired veteran. One works nights at Perdue Farms. One is a welder who works occasionally out of town. All 3 current tenants are friendly, clean up after themselves, and stay to themselves. The house has a quiet, calm, comfortable atmosphere.
