Welcome to your own studio apartment inside the house. This is a finished basement that I’ve lived in for years now that is now open. It’s fully furnished and has its own full bathroom. Laundry room is right next to you and you’re down there almost 100% of the time by yourself. The bathroom is shared with me and only me. No one else. There’s a lock on the basement door which leads to your room and nobody else has access but me. The only exception would be to do laundry which is limited to the weekends for other guest.

The other guest stay in the primary portion of the house with there own bathroom and living room. Generally guest do not run into each other but maybe every blue moon they will in the shared kitchen.
