Hello there, this is a 2 bedroom apt with shared bathroom. It’s on the terrace level. Property has parking and there is street parking also. It’s a quiet neighborhood. Barely see neighbors. The bedroom has carpet. I’ve been living here for 8 years with no fear. I would like to have a roommate who is clean, likes to keep their area clean. Someone who will do their share of chores. I do not want guests in the apartment. Someone who is quiet, trustworthy, works full time and enjoys a clean space would be ideal. No drugs and no pets strictly. There’s a pool in the complex, gym, and a small playground also. Close to I 97.

I am a single woman living by myself. I work 7-5 everyday. Sundays and Mondays are my reset days. I am a believer of Jesus and I love church music. I barely have guests coming over. I’ve been in this neighborhood for a long time. It’s convenience is one of the best attributes. Close proximity to everything.
