Looking to rent out a room in my home in Tyler. It’s quiet, established neighborhood, and it’s been a great setup for a while now.

The room itself is furnished with a memory foam bed, chest of drawers, end table and TV. It gets great natural light, has neutral taupe walls. Closet space is solid: has built-in shelving as well.

As for the shared spaces, the living room is large with a professional-grade projector setup and a Legends Ultimate arcade cabinet. The kitchen is modern with granite-style countertops, dark tile backsplash, and good appliances — toaster oven and air fryer included. Laundry is a high-efficiency stacked LG washer and dryer on-site. Out back there’s a large fenced-in yard with a grill and fire pit, good for unwinding in the evenings.

The current tenants are a good group. They’re steady, employed, and respectful of shared spaces. Everyone keeps their own schedule and their own space, but it’s not an unfriendly house either. The kind of place where you can have a conversation in the kitchen but nobody’s in your business.

Before switching to long-term rentals I ran this place as an Airbnb, finishing with a 4.9 rating across 18 reviews. I run the house the same way now — clean, consistent, and straightforward. Not overbearing, but not checked out either.
