• A master bedroom and bathroom available for a tenant • It is 10 mins away from George Mason University • It is a freshly painted space with luxury venyl floors on the basement • Utilities included (electricity, gas, water, trash, parking) • Walkout basement (provide ultimate privacy for the tenant) • Portable stove and microwave will be provided • Pet Free Zone and Smoke Free Zone • Amenities - Access to treadmills and other gym equipment in the basement.
