About the room
My partner and I are looking for a roommate to live in the second bedroom of my condo located walking distance from UNLV.
It’s a large private bedroom with a dedicated bathroom located in the hallway. The bathroom is not shared, since the master bedroom has its own bathroom, so you’ll always have access to your bathroom in the hallway, but it’s also the bathroom used by visitors, and it’s where the washer/dryer is located as well.
The condo is a first-floor unit with a patio and is fully furnished, except for the bedroom available for rent. There is parking available in any uncovered spot.
We have a cat and small dog, so pets welcome but conditionally, depending on temperament and them all getting along.
About the roomies
I (F35) and my M(30) partner both work full time, and are also in college. We both don’t smoke or drink and live a quiet lifestyle, just looking for a roommate with no drama. We’re very direct communicators, very mental health focused, but also neurodivergent ourselves, so we really hope to find someone we’ll live well with.
