About the room

Hi, I’m turning my first floor space into another bedroom for rent. A divider/partition will be put around the area. You are welcome to bring an additional divider/partition if you’d like. This space is for someone that basically just needs a space to crash at/sleep at at night! The bathroom will be shared w a guy that’s clean and only at the house at night. His room is on the third floor of the home, this space is first floor. The bathroom is also cleaned by me to ensure it stays clean, I’m also considering adding professional cleaners in coming months. No drama space occupied by business professionals, doctors and engineers. Space may be rented to a single occupant, no kids over or pets. Also the paintings and chair etc can come out. Thanks!
