The house itself is relaxed and well-kept — two current housemates who know how to coexist without a house charter or a chore wheel. Walk to Erewhon and Target (the combo that says it all), Sunset Junction, and some of the best coffee and food the Eastside has to offer. Silver Lake Reservoir nearby for those days you want to feel outdoorsy without committing to a tough hike.
About the roomies
We are two guys in our late 20s that work in the music industry and fine art. We are both musicians/visual artists and looking for a housemate who is comfortable living in an art & music-oriented space. One of us works partly remote and the other is out 5 days a week but home in the evenings.
