(Is a 3 bedroom home with 2 bathrooms, and a laundry room) The property sets in a good size lot which is fenced all around the house for privacy, with a gate on either side and always locked for safety. The area is clean and quiet, little traffic; ideal for kids. Not far from Big Bear Lake and restaurants.
