Nice clean home in a very quiet subdivision. Sidewalks throughout. Subdivision has 2 pools, clubhouse, and exercise equipment. Minutes from grocery shopping, gas stations, restaurants, hospital, and medical offices. Close to Jefferson, Braselton, Lawrenceville, and Athens, Ga.

I am a retired nurse. I prefer to have a clean, tidy home. I hope to find the same in my housemate. I am a devout Christian woman who does not smoke or drink. I don’t have people sleeping over and would like the same type of person to live with. My son stops by for brief visits occasionally. Good communication is important when living with another person and I hope to be able to share the responsibilities of keeping our home clean. It is better to discuss issues when they arise, rather than waiting for it to become a problem. I learned these things from living with a housemate in the past. I am quiet and easy going, enjoying my retirement. With all due respect, I prefer a non-smoker and would prefer a non-drinker. I am excited to hear what you enjoy and prefer in our home. I am presently renting one bedroom out, so the move-in date is subject to change until I get a definite move out date from him. I look forward to meeting just the right person to live with!
