Private room & own bathroom in a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom house. Non-furnished room but does have dressers if needed. Parking is non-covered in the driveway and/or street. Shared kitchen and living room. Prefer non-smokers and non-drinkers. 420 is okay just not inside the house. No pets. Rent does not include utilities, those are split in half between both renters.

One person renting the other room and bathroom. She has 1 dog. Her dog gets along with people but not well with other pets thus the reason for no other pets. She is home almost 24/7 as everything she does is remotely at home.
