Large veggie garden area ready for you to prep and grow veggies/flowers. If you enjoy working in the yard it is an empty canvas. Older covered patio off backdoor.

Homeowner lives in the home with many kitty cats that roam in all areas including the rooms for rent so must enjoy cats. No new pets welcome due to being at full pet capacity.

Street parking in front of home.

Alley garage is used for storage but could accommodate someone wanting to project, if noise level is suitable for neighborhood.

Prefer no outside vistors but any visitors would need to have a background check.

Female mid 40’s Christian, conservative and its all about the kitties. If you love cats and can share their space you are welcome. No shoes in home. Prefer hands are washed when entering just to try to avoid spread of germs. Not a clean freak though at all! OCD types probably wouldn’t do well:) LOL
