I’ll be moving out in a few months so it is a shared apartment, but when I move you can take over the sublease if you want or I can get someone else in here so the rent stays cheap. It’s a quiet neighborhood so no worries about loud roommates or parties. The apartment has appliances so no need to worry about that. I currently work from home so I keep to myself, I don’t do much besides work and play video games so all I ask is please be respectful about noise. I don’t care if you smoke or drink or have someone over, I go based on the vibes you give, if you want to be left alone I’ll leave you be, if you want someone to talk to I’ll be chatty
