It’s very spacious apartment. You’ll have a very large kitchen, new stove, practically new fridge, the bathroom is a bit small, a large living room (which could be the master bedroom) with a wonderful tile mural on the floor. Along with two smaller rooms; a small room adjacent to the living room and another room at the end of the apartment next to the kitchen.
Groma as a company has been very responsive with maintenance calls, portals, and have been extremely flexible with me even with payments. Not only very quick response time, any serious emergency is answered right away. With maintenance avaliable around the clock.
You’ll be near the MBTA blue line at maverick, & airport, along with convenience stores, The Shaws super Market (5 minute walk), A few dog parks, Gym, plenty of convince Stores, two dispensary, with so much more options.
The neighbors are quiet, and pretty much everything around this area.
