1920 Victorian fully restored up to code. No lead or asbestos. New electrical, plumbing, hardwood floors, forced air heat, fancy woodwork in oil, updated kitchen with newer appliances and 3 frigerators, big living room with bay windows, fireplace with gas starter, custom front porch, a big beam back deck, solid core doors throughout and a Dutch backdoor.
The 2nd floor bedroom for rent has a dormer full of windows. Just restored it has two closets one has cedar floors with a stained-glass window and the other one is huge with a ample amount of storage.
The 2nd floor has a small living room with stained glass picture window plus a velux sky light that is operable and acts like a window.
You would be sharing the cute jack and Jill bathroom with private entry with Michael K.
The second room is mainfloor two windows and southern exposure
You would be sharing a huge bathroom with 2 sinks and a adjacent water closet with Kiera G.
Our house is a corner house with tons of parking with no permits. Our house rules are pretty simple, we do not have a maid or Gardner so we all chip in and do our share.
We have a great garden going in the back full of tomatoes and whatnot.
House bills are 150/200 (daylight savings)
