One room available for rent 10 minutes away from Ft. Rucker gate. The room shares a double sink bathroom and is available on the 15th of April $800 a month utilities included. Also there is maid service available for bathroom and light room cleaning every two weeks. Shared common areas, washer & dryer available in the garage. Home has a hot tub and large in ground pool to keep you cool in the summer. Has outdoor grilling area for cookouts . Plenty of storage space and the home is located on a large quiet lot.
About the roomies
I am 57 yr old retired Army veteran and work on base for M-1 support services. My roommate is a student going to school for nursing. We generally keep to ourselves but sometimes have guests/ friends over to swim and have cookouts with.
