Private room available in a shared Brooklyn apartment. Looking for a CLEAN, RESPECTFUL and RESPONSIBLE roommate to move in ASAP. The apartment is in a great location with easy access to public transportation (5 mins to A & C Train), grocery stores, bars and restaurants. The space is really quiet and comfortable. The room and apartment (shared space) are currently unfinished, so you would need to bring your own furniture. Rent is $1600 per month plus utilities (gas/electric/ internet split- usually around an extra $125) Move-in date is flexible but available immediately. About me: working professional, clean, chill, respectful of shared spaces. Looking for someone similar who keeps things low-key and drama-free.
