Program Manager: To ensure everything runs smoothly and the home remains organized, our Program Manager stays overnight periodically to oversee operations and support the household. On-Site House Sitter: We have a dedicated house sitter who lives in the basement setup, providing an extra layer of consistent on-site presence and peace of mind for all residents. Current Residents Lower Level Resident: There is currently one resident who lives downstairs. Independent Routine: He is recovering from a stroke and has a dedicated caretaker who manages his daily needs. Separate Spaces: To ensure total privacy and comfort for everyone, he does not use any of the upstairs shared bathrooms, nor does he use the main kitchen spaces.
