Hello I am looking for two roommates! I have two private bedrooms available for rent in a brand-new home located in a secure, gated neighborhood off Shepherd and Sunnyside. The rooms share a bathroom equipped with two separate sinks, and rent is set at $950 per month plus utilities.

I’m a pretty flexible and clean roommate who loves a good balance of being social and having some chill time. I enjoy playing tennis or pickleball, having card game nights, and binging TV.
