About the room
Close to town. Pet friendly, $40/mo pet rent unless service animal. I do have a cat. Rent includes electric, gas and utilities. Can be a little more or less depending on usage. Internet is extra and depends on package chosen. Room has a bed if you need or can be empty if you have your own. Room can be for single or couple.
About the roomies
I tend to be quiet and keep to myself but willing to hang out and chat if desired. Iām a 52 year old man. My 10 year old granddaughter spends some nights and weekends with me. I mostly just work and play on my VR.
