About the room
Location: Just 10 minutes away from Sandy Hook and the beach!, about Half an Hour to Asbury Park, a half hour from Staten Island, train service to NYC.
Room: 200 square feet, has a jack and jill bathroom that connects to the living room and a private closet.
Living room is about 2.5 times the size, I’ll have furniture for the living room already set up. The loft is on the second floor above a business, but I’ve never heard a peep from them. They’ve helped with any issues that pop up. We also have an attic for storage.
About the roomies
I’m a full-time sports writer who works from home. Mostly keep to myself, pretty mellow. As long as there’s not a bunch of crazy loud noises late at night or a bunch of messiness being dragged in, we’ll get along perfectly. No smoking, and as much as I like dogs and cats, no pets.
