About the room
Close to 80. 10 minutes from arc and 10 minutes from Sierra college. Plenty of parking, great neighborhood. Walk and or bike the neighborhood no problem. Plenty of space in the house. Shared spaces throughout the house, obviously just not the other bedrooms. Room can be furnished or unfurnished. Internet and tv, everything is included in pricing.
About the roomies
I do have kids that come over Sundays and one other days during the week which rotates. Open to pets up to a certain size. Looking for a working professional or a serious student. Drama free space. There are females on the property so i prefer a female roommate.
