Looking for roommates in this home. The home is premium in terms of finishes, appliances, and layout. Deluxe kitchen with a lot of perks, including huge fridge and cafe oven with french doors. It’s only a few years old and very well-kept. 2900 sq ft, 3 bed 2.5 bath. There are two options: a room with a shared bathroom or a huge room with a private bathroom and large walk-in closet. I was planning to stay in the larger room, but I’d consider renting this out and staying in one of the other rooms. Tandem 4-car garage and Tesla charger.
