Hi neighbors! I have two private rooms becoming available in my home in about a month. I’m looking for two responsible, quiet individuals to join the household.

​The Rooms: ​Room 1 ($775/mo): Larger room with a spacious walk-in closet. ​Room 2 ($700/mo): Standard-sized room with a reach-in closet.

​The Details: ​All-Inclusive: Rent covers all utilities (Electric, Water, Gas, Trash) and high-speed Wi-Fi.

​The Setup: Rooms are unfurnished. The bathroom is shared between these two guest rooms.

​Parking: Safe driveway and curbside parking available.

​Household Vibe: Located in a quiet neighborhood. I keep a “no-parties” home and am looking for roommates who value a peaceful, clean environment.

​Policies & Requirements: ​Occupancy: Strictly single occupancy (one person) per room.

​Strict Policy: No pets and no smoking/vaping of any kind.

​Screening: Standard background and credit check required (approx. $50 fee paid directly to the screening site).

​Move-in Cost: First month’s rent + Security Deposit (equal to one month’s rent).
