Hey, I’m Rowan, 25, English tutor. I’m looking for a roommate for the bigger room. Couples and parents with kids are welcome — just know there’s only one room, I’m in the other one.
The place:
- You get the bigger room
- Small backyard — my dog uses it during the day, I smoke out there before bed. No smoking inside.
- On-site laundromat ($2.50 dry and wash)
- Parking, visitor parking
- Grass area (kids play there)
- Good soundproofing walls
Pets: I have a medium-sized dog and a cat. Both love people and kids. Small to medium pets are okay, just be aware it’s not a big space.
The neighborhood: The gate for cars works but the back fence is broken so it’s not the safest area, but everyone inside is really nice — lots of families.
About me: I work after school hours, inconsistent but usually around 1–7pm. I’m quiet. I bring my family over every Sunday around 3/4-6/7 for game night. You’re welcome to have people over, just let me know ahead of time.
