I live in a 2-bedroom apartment in Chesterland. There is a living room, shared bathroom, and kitchen. Big yard in the front and a dedicated parking spot. Dishwasher and laundry in unit, the water is usable for showers, washing, etc. but not drinkable. Living room is semi-furnished and I have some dishes and cookware.

I am a 24 year old male who likes to play chess, board games, go for walks with my dog, and I work from home. I don’t drink or smoke, but I don’t mind if you do as long as it’s reasonable. I usually wake up at 10am and go to bed at midnight but I’m pretty routine and not very loud or invasive. I cook a good amount and I’m generally tidy. I’m looking for someone who is polite and not chaotic. Lease will likely be month to month. If you’re interested let me know!
