2 bedroom apartment right next to City Park. Sprouts is 2 blocks away. One person is staying, so trying to find another individual to take the second room. Bedroom is unfurnished, but the rest of the house is mostly furnished. One cat lives here, so no pets please.

I am moving soon, but looking to find someone to take my room. The roommate who will be staying is a nurse, and works mostly days but sometimes nights. She is active and enjoys being outdoors. She goes out once in a while, but is clean and respectful.
