My partner and I are looking for a new roommate to join us in our spacious home starting April 15. We live in the SouthRidge Apartments and Townhomes and our specific layout is the Greybeard which you can view on the complex website to see the full dimensions and floor plan.
The Space: Your private bedroom is located upstairs and features its own en-suite bathroom for total privacy. The room even comes with a hefty wooden dresser left by our previous roommate for you to use. Downstairs, you’ll have full access to our shared kitchen, a relaxed lounge area, and a convenient half-bath for guests. We also have a great back patio that’s perfect for fresh air and my growing plant collection.
The Perks: New Laundry: We just got a brand-new washer and dryer in the unit. Easy Parking: There are always plenty of spaces available right outside. Long-Term Stability: Our current lease ends in November, and I definitely plan on renewing—so this is great if you’re looking for a stable, long-term home.
The Logistics: The total rent is $2,000—which we will split equally three ways—plus shared utilities. Since we’ll be adding you to the lease, the property management office requires a quick application process and a combined household income of at least $6,000 per month.

You’ll be living with me, Lindzie, and my partner Cam. We’re open to the right fit for additional pets, though we’re looking to keep the home large-dog-free for now.
