My home is a 2500 sq ft double wide manufactured home. 5 bedrooms & 3 full bathrooms on .50 acre corner lot. Located in Springdale hts in Tazewell. I have 1 bedroom with a jack n Jill bathroom for rent. Willing to rent the 2nd room out if interested. Willing to share common rooms such as living room, dinning room, kitchen. Can furnish with twin bed and dresser if needed. Couples welcome for a fee. No smoking inside, outside smoking ok. Cats are welcome if they get along with dogs.

As of now myself, a 51 year young female & my 19 year old son lives here with 2 dogs. I work 12 hr shifts 3 to 4 days a week. He is in college fulltime & works.
