Description I have two very nice rooms available in my spacious 3,400 sq. ft. home, located in a safe and quiet gated community. • One room is located downstairs and includes a private, attached bathroom—ideal for someone seeking comfort and privacy. • The second room is upstairs and features a private balcony along with a shared Jack-and-Jill bathroom. The home is clean, peaceful, and very well maintained. You’ll have access to a comfortable family room, a formal dining area, and a large fully stocked kitchen with a walk-in pantry. There’s also an in-home laundry room. The huge backyard is a great place to relax, with a pool, jacuzzi, and BBQ area to enjoy. Limited garage storage is also available. Rent is $2000/month (per room) and includes utilities. (Wi-fi and maid service too!) This is a non-smoking home. Please, no pets. I already have two friendly dogs. I’m a professional photographer who works primarily from home, though most of my shoots take place on location. Occasionally, I’ll have photo sessions or client viewings at the house. When that happens, I let my roommates know beforehand and appreciate a respectful, professional atmosphere during those times. Otherwise, I’m pretty laid back.
I have three large, friendly dogs and I’m very conscientious about their care and cleanliness—I clean the yard daily and vacuum frequently, so fur and dirt are well managed. On rare occasions, I may ask for help feeding them if I’m working late, but their care is primarily my responsibility. I genuinely enjoy living with others and have had a great experience renting rooms in my home for over eight years. My past roommates have all been positive, long-term arrangements, and any concerns are always handled through open, respectful communication. Currently there is one other renter in the house. He is in his 20’s, a great guy, honest, kind, considerate and very much keeps to himself. He’s rented his room for three years now. I am a non-smoker and require a completely smoke-free environment, including all forms of tobacco.
