Very large Private basement bedroom (13ft x 18ft) with a large egress window, and dedicated half bath. (Shared full bathroom upstairs newly remodeled with a deep tub).
The rest of the basement is a barely used game room. It includes a pool table, 65in TV, couch and additional storage and space we can rearrange. Has another large egress window for good lighting. Great spot for a desk or toaster oven etc. Chest freezer also in the basement. Im rarely down there.
The living room/kitchen are shared but include tall vaulted ceilings, fully equipped kitchen and some fitness equipment. (Dumbbells, fitness bands, treadmill, yoga mats and props, foam roller etc)
Laundry on the first floor as well as access to deck and patio.
Great area next to the Mountain Bay State trail which is great for biking! (I have a spare bike available for use as well.)
Open to couples (or two people of any ‘not my business’ relationship) but both would need to be on the lease and an additional $100/mo for utilities (driveway parking not guaranteed for a second person)) the room would be really spacious for 2 college students used to dorm living.
(If this seems high…You’re literally getting half the square footage of a house for under a third of the cost. I still have to cover an extra $1, 600 in expenses and I’m in the smallest room and have to share my bathroom. I really cannot go any lower I already just want to sell and move back to an apartment at my costs.)
