Room: You get 2 rooms to yourself. They are both upstairs. You also get your own bathroom. You will have your own parking space in the garage. Utilities are covered except for electricity and water. We will split that.
I will empty the second room before you move in.

I am the only other person living at the property. I work full time and work from home on Thursdays and Fridays. I am an organized, clean, and minimal lifestyle person.
