This is a posting for 1 bedroom in a 4 bedroom 3 bath home with a full kitchen and full laundry.

One full bathroom is located downstairs with access to the pool area, accessible to all tenants. Your bathroom is a full bathroom next to your room shared with 1 tenant.

🐾 Pet friendly! We have 2 dogs of our own and our roommate has 1 dog who are well trained and would get along with any you may bring.

🚗 A parking space is included and free street parking as needed. We have garage space as well for storage.

The room can be furnished with bed, nightstand, and lamp shown in photo or unfurnished, just let us know!

There are 3 people who live in the house. My self (engineer) and my partner (graphic designer) own the place and the other tenant is my sister (barista/student).

We like to be social but also enjoy our down time! Everyone in the house likes to have fun and are pretty chill about most things. We all work a lot so we’re in and out of the house often. We’re super respectful of each other’s spaces and don’t allow pets into each other’s rooms. So if you have pets of your own that’s all we’ll ask is to uphold that!
